Sevenoaks Town 2 - 0 Fisher
Saturday 25 September 2010 - 15:00

Fisher were left frustrated after two late Sevenoaks strikes condemned the away side to their fourth league defeat of the season.
The Fish enjoyed the greater share of possession and created half a dozen clear cut opportunities but despite dominating for long spells wasteful finishing again proved to be their undoing.
Sevenoaks to their credit also looked threatening in attack and went closest in the early stages, a 25 yard direct free kick was curled in but the post came to Fisher’s rescue before the ball was cleared to safety. That early scare knocked the Fish into their stride and the visitor’s went on to boss the remainder of the half.
Halusi Mustafa was played through by George Savage on 28 minutes but the midfielder’s first touch was too strong and the home keeper gratefully smothered the ball. Raphael Akala also saw two clear sites of goal as the opening period wore on but both efforts fell the wrong side of the post.
In the second half the Fish began well and Akala was played through with 51 minutes on the clock, the forward this time found the target but the keeper saved low to his left. Town continued to pose a threat and a looping header hit the bar on the hour mark.
The game looked to be petering out for a goalless draw but a follow up shot from a half cleared corner was blocked by George Kamurasi but the Fish keeper could do little about the follow up.
With just 14 minutes left for Fisher to grab something from the game, Cedric Abraham was placed up front and excellent work down the right channel from Fisher’s skipper resulted in a cut back for substitute Adrian Ma to fire home from 10 yards – however the effort was too close to the keeper allowing the home custodian to tip the ball away for a corner.
As the Fish continued to chase the game they were caught on the break in stoppage time – Sevenoaks late substitute Joe Minter clinically slotting the ball home into the far corner.
