Fisher concluded their preseason workout today with a fine 3-0 victory over Ryman Premier outfit Billericay Town.
The hard work on the training field shone through on a sunny afternoon in Eltham as the team came together in style with some excellent passing football with attacking flair. The win will lift the lads as they put the final preparations in place ahead of next Saturday’s trip to the Kent coast where we face Deal Town for the first points of the campaign.
Fisher were 2-0 up at half time, scoring a third in the second half. Goals came from Luke Haidarovic (2) who cemented his place in the squad in the 2014/15 campaign, and Tyrell. Luke’s strike against Erith Town earlier this year earned him goal of the season in 14/15 and on this performance he’ll be a contender again this season.
