The Fish got off to a winning start as they defeated Barkingside 2-0 on Saturday.
While it was a low key fixture to start the pre-season campaign, the Fish looked sharp as they ran out comfortable 2-0 winners over the Essex Senior League side. The first goal was scored by Richie Monan with an unstoppable bullet header, and Michael Jones sealed the win with a four yard tap in.
