League Allocations
The official club allocations for the SCEFL Premier Division were released today by the FA Leagues Committee. As expected we remain in the SCEFL Premier Division, which will be a nineteen team league next season, as one of the clubs promoted from Division One, Soul Tower Hamlets have been moved across to the Essex Senior League. The full list of clubs is:
Bearsted
Corinthian
Erith and Belvedere
Faversham Strike Force
Fisher
Glebe
Hollands and Blair
Holmesdale
Hythe Town
Kennington
Larkfield and New Hythe
Phoenix Sports
Punjab United
Rusthall
Stansfeld
Sutton Athletic
Tunbridge Wells
Whitstable Town
And either Snodland Town or Lydd Town
The last place is dependent on Lydd Town’s possible four point deduction, which if effected would see them swap places with Snodland Town in the final table and therefore relegated instead of Snodland Town.
In Division One Welling Town and Greenways have been reprieved from relegation and the numbers will be bolstered by lateral moves into the division for Banstead Athletic and Chessington & Hook United, as well as the parachuting in of a newly reformed AFC Greenwich Borough.
