FA Charter Standard Club Accreditation for Fisher Youth

A year after inception Fisher FC Youth have been awarded an FA Charter Standard Club Accreditation. Fisher FC Soccer School Managing Director Chris Hiscock explained: “This accreditation means quite simply that the FA recognises this Football Club as one that that is committed to raising standards throughout grassroots football and ensuring that we are well managed and that we are providing a positive experience for all players, coaches and volunteers involved”.

The beginning of the 2017/18 season saw the club enter three junior teams into local leagues. ForĀ  2018/19 season we are entering into local leagues five Mini-Soccer teams, an Under 13 team, an Under 18 team and an under 8s girls team.

Chris explained further “I had three main aims when I came back to Fisher FC which have been now realised, an FA Charter Standard, putting in place the Fisher FC Soccer School and the most important of all a grassroots girls team.

All achieved and only achieved with the guidance and experience of Tommy McCloud, the new Director of Youth Development and Paul Harbert, the head of Mini-Soccer and Kenny Fayemi our 7 A-Side phase coach. These gentlemen are the epitome of grassroots football and the best signings this club has made in a long long while”.

The Fisher FC Soccer School now incorporates all youth football at the club.
