Ajay Ashanike and Jacque Edouard on board as assistant manager and head coach

When Allan Fenn joined Fisher it meant starting from scratch building a brand new team in a short space of time ready for the start of the new season. Also meant putting in place a backroom staff that could combine experience with innovation in creating an environment to fulfil the expectations of the Fisher fans and co-owners.

He set about his task with relish. And we’re pleased to announce the people he’s brought in not only have the ambition and commitment to take the club further up the leagues but are enthused to be part of the Fisher Revolution.

Allan’s first appointment and probably his most crucial was to bring in the ‘Big Fella’ Ajay Ashanike as his right hand man. Previously player manager with Tower Hamlets, Ajay had no hesitation when given the opportunity to come to St Paul’s – seeing the potential the club had to offer. This is a partnership that means business.

Also joining as head coach is the talented Jacque Edouard. Jacque was head coach at Braintree Town when the won promotion to the National League recently.

And finally two more confirmed names – Matty West and Kevin Wilkins who are joining as scouts.

With this season’s playing squad pretty much settled and ready for a packed July pre-season program, it’ll be an interesting pre-season , bringing new faces and fresh blood to St Paul’s in the hope of building on an excellent last season.

First game is against Sutton Athletic at St Paul’s on Saturday 6th july – 3pm kick-off.
