End of Season Awards 2022/23 – The Winners

Always nice to think every season since we reformed has been the best season for Fisher but this one in particular will go down in the history books as unquestionably something special. From the most incredible goals we’ve witnessed – Isaac Thompson’s exceptional overhead kick justifiably rewarded, to our incredible FA Cup run – featured twice in the awards (Stoneham & Welling Utd), from heartstopping penalty shoot outs – twice against the same club! to the fearless battle to get to our first Cup Final, from the dedicated veterans who still put their heart and soul into the game – Jacob Katonia one hundred games for the club, to the up and coming youngsters – Conor Darwish showing maturity beyond his years on the pitch, this season has had it all!

Below are just some of the people who made this season extra special and for that we rightly acknowledge them. But it’s a team game and ever player who has put on a Fisher shirt this season has played their part in making this club what it is. Same goes for all those behind the scenes the coaching staff and club volunteers, and every member who makes sure this club actually exists as it does – by the fans for the fans, and that in itself is something to celebrate. This is our club and each and every one of us should be proud of the contribution we make. We build and we grow but we will always be Fisher.
