The Club can confirm that the Annual General Meeting will be held in the Clubhouse at St Paul’s on Wednesday 28 June, with the meeting commencing at 7.30pm. We would like to invite all supporters to join us on the evening to discuss the past season both on and off the field, alongside planning for the 2017/18 season.
Supporters are invited to submit resolutions for discussion in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com so as to allow the Club Secretary to check the resolution against the founding rules of the Club (representing Fisher FC Society Ltd) to ensure that it does not trigger special circumstances and is allowed under the rules. This means that formal resolutions cannot be accepted from the floor on the day, however issues can be raised by members during Any Other Business.
The Club are also actively seeking engaged Members who wish to join the Board so as to play a role in helping Fisher grow over the coming year. Members are asked to put themselves forward for election at any time before the deadline of Tuesday 27 June, 5.00pm. We are keen to secure representation from local business and charitable organisations, as well as anyone else who is keen to play a part in helping Fisher over the coming year.
